 Who needs consultants? The short answer is everybody!

The consulting boom began in the early 90's when government, business and individuals found it difficult to cope with the increasing complexities of day-to-day life.

Consulting is a huge industry and grows every day. Consulting assignments at the top end are becoming bigger, longer and much more complex. In government the major portion of department budgets are now spent on outside consultants.

In 1969 I made the decision that I wanted to help the Small Business Sector because I felt that they were in most need of help and they did not know where to turn for assistance. Much of that is true today!

Not only is small business unaware of the conventional ways of managing a business for maximum profit they are certainly ignorant of the insider strategies that business courses do not teach.

When does small business need a consultant? Certainly at his business startup

Then along the way help to fine-tune his operation with a tweak here and there for extra profits.
